Whats up everyone, Im taking my car with its new (but really old) motor to the track tomorrow night for a little all motor action...The car feels like a high 13 sec car on the street, but who knows...
Anyway car is a 94 eg dx coupe with a stock compressioned ls/vtec setup dropped down in her...Im running the normal i/h/e/ bolt ons with a test pipe and skunk 2 intake manifold along with an aem adj. regulator to half *** the a/f ratio (verified at 13.1 to 13.9)on a stock p30 ecu...
Drivetrain constists of a b16 tranny,clutch masters stage 1,open diff,and stock axles..Also will be running on 15 wheels with some good old 205-50-15 kumho 711s... I think I could squeeze a high 13 on slicks, but running on street tires I will guesstimate 14.0-14.3 in the 97-100 range...What do some of you all motor heads think???

You're running at Cecil? You can probably hit low 14s easy. Hope the weather is nice and cool for you. Good luck. I believe D-Rob and a few of our friends will be coming down there on the 28th to run.

Got one pass in last night..Whell hop was so bad I had to let out twice in first gear which kinda pissed me off cause the 60 ft suffered so bad...Anyway, here goes..

mph 98.58 &lt;&lt; (was the only plus side of the run)...high 13s on slicks should be
feasable..

 

14.3s would be cake if you can get the 60' down into the 2.2s. You've got 13s on slicks in the bag with that MPH.

Was it crowded? Is that why you only got one run? I was only there for one Wednesday night and it was crowded as all hell. I think once word got around that it's a fast track everyone started going there. lol

It wasnt too bad, but I didnt get in line till later...Kinda like watchin a little on wednesdays too...

Cool,cool...Yeah, you guys have no idea how that 60 ft. time broke my heart!! Definately not used to cuttin 2.4s..!!!Kumho 711s suck for dragging!! I had faulken zieks on my car b4 and could cut 2.0s-2.1s, and of course 1.70 60fts on slicks all day long with my turbo car....So yeah, even a 2.1 or so would have put me 14.0ish!!
