I sent a mail to Andys Autosport asking if they had a WW RS lip in stock, and they could get it and ship it out from their location in 2 weeks.

So I payed for it in forhand.

Now 4.5 Months later I still havent recieved anything.

Ive sent alot of mails and they say its been a mixup in the order etc.etc. and they will recieve it soon, but it all seems to be lies and BS.

And considering I bought a full WW RS kit from a guy on this forum I dont need the lip any more.


I said I wanted to cancel the order but they didnt seem to be care.

Ive sent alot of mails where I kindly ask for them to return my money.

So any suggestions on what to do now?

Please. Please, PLEASE tell me you paid with a credit card. If so just dispute it and youll have your money back. You'll have to check with your card provider to see if the have a time limit to where you can do this.

I always pay with a credit card and then just payit off cash once i get the goods. I normally give a company 2-3 weeks to deliver or at least give me a tracking number. It should not take that long to deliver something to you. I have shops that take money and they know they dont even got the **** in stock.

got my springs from them and they arrived in about a week
which was 2 weeks earlier than they had told me

 

Yes they are scammers. They have been reported to the BBB quiet a number of times. If I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered from them...had to figure out the hard way. I had to have my payment retracted from them through my credit card company.

yeah springs are one thing.. they are so abundant.. but the wings west kit for the prelude is discontinued from wings west is what i hear.. that sucks

 

I got my WWRS kit from there and they shipped it pretty quick, but that was 2 years ago. 2loww.com has ripped me off though when I ordered a lip off there one time. It seems if they don't have it in stock, they just rip you off!

 

Wow, just look at all those disclaimers on 2loww before you can even enter the site.

yeah, they suck i bought a carbon fiber hood and it took 4 months. I called and called and they gave me a line of bull that the war was using all the carbon fiber and seibon didn't get their shipment, then i call seibon and they tell me everything is in full production. I eventually got it but obviously this company just takes the money and uses it then sends you the product when it is good for them

 

I had a buddy who ordered a hood for his Integra from them. 6 months later he found out the hood was on "backorder." Finally AAS agreed to buy a hood for him from VIS and ship it to him. He called VIS after AAS said they placed the order, VIS told him he was crazy and that it never happened. Good thing he paid with a card. He got his dough back and ordered one the next day straight through VIS, the following friday we put it on his car...

I ordered a lip and sides and a rear bumperf rom them that took about 4 months. Everytime i called they said it would ship out that day and they'd call me back with a tracking number and they never did.

I called the credit card company and told them about it and what do ya know it shows up a few days later.

 

i bought the same damn lip from them. they gave me the run around for about 3 months. . after about one month i asked them for a refund and they said no. i called and sent them some ****** email cussing there *** out they finally told me i could get a refund and charged me a cancellation fee.

you need to call them and bitch at them.

yes, its the one in milpitas, ... and yes their customer service is bs

 

i ordered my cf hood from them and they told me a certain date but it was actually 2 months later when i got it because it was backordered and had to be shipped from somewhere else to their location in california. a lot of companies relax once they have your money and work at their own pace. could be a mixup but it's really not that hard to be straight up and honest with people if they try at all. hope you get the problem fixed.

 

Phew, got a check from Andys Autosport in the mail today.

About time, but im just glad I got my money back, and im never gonna order from them again.

 

that's good did they charge you for cancelling it like 25 bucks or something.

 

this is why i buy stuff in person. sucks
