i sent this guy a payment around sept 4-5. i figured its labor day weekend, so he wont be getting the payment soon. so i didnt bother. and now its the end of september and still no lip. i call everyday and no one picks up. so im assuming i just got scammed.

Looks like he hasn't been on since. Aug. 30th. Have you tried contacting him through AIM? He lives in chicago so someone here must know him. If you used paypal you can file a dispute. Good Luck bro.

I met him a while ago 2-3 years ago looking at a car. Get to his house car wasn't there. Made me drive 30 mins to a sh•t town thought I was going get robb to see a car that wasn't even running. He is shady to me. Stuff he mention makes me think he and friends where stealing cars. Sorry you got scam

I think it would be best if you used paypal for payment to file a dispute the soonest possible time you have.

You should think about doing a charge back through your bank. Paypal will take a long time to get your money back, plus you will get nothing if he has taken out the money from his paypal account. You can do a charge back if paypal can not prove that your item has been shipped because they are responsible for the transaction. All you need is to file a fraudlent transaction and proof that you have tried to resolve the transaction (show some messagings that you have tried to resolve the issue).
