this guy did me dirty . i sent him money for a Black ITR lip and the lip never arrived. all of this was done through paypal. what can i do to get my refund back? how can i take action against this ****** *******. my uncle is a police officer and i'll be speaking with him tomorow reguarding this matter. any opinions??

yup..tried to buy a stock cat from him...wired him the money but he never sent it out...didn't reply my mail or answer his phone etc....I then found out that a similar situation happened to another user here...so I called Paypal and filed a complaint against the dude....luckily my money was still in the account so Paypal froze it...he was forced to refund my money...i was lucked out. Later, I found out that he didn't even have the damn cat. to sell..****!

I hope you didn't send him too much money...if that happened to me i'd hire a good PI to find his *** and then burn down his house. The F-max groupbuy is giving me the same vibe though...ordered in september and it doesn't look like i'll get the kit until january....and i already paid for it in full.

If he already took the money out of his PayPal account they won't be able to get it back. You need to file that complaint asap.
