Default Timing question

i juss did timing to my car its PERFECT the cams are at TDC and the block i tighten the tensioner and everything but i have the left side by the exhaust and right side by the alternator is tight and between the cams on the top loose a bit (alittle play ). Then i turn the crank pulley the top gets tight the part by the alternator gets tight but the front of the belt by the exhaust is loose is this right cuz i tighten the **** out of that tnesioner. yea juss need to kno if its normal or not.
