does this really fix premature steering rack failure? and also, what kind of resevior can you use???

This is the same route as routing as most have recommended with connecting the tubes to a breather unit, but this keeps the rack full of fluid as well as allows it to expand n contract. I'd say the kit is a good idea if you don't have the time or energy to find n fab the parts yourself

 

$92 seems kinda steep for not having a reservoir included, even if they are stainless hoses. Padawan sells a nice complete kit that comes with a reservoir for a lot cheaper. You just don't get the bling of the stainless hoses/AN fittings. You can see his kit in this thread:

It is a nice really simple kit. I have it on my car and I am very happy with it.
