a little water... HELP

Default a little water... HELP

ok so i was driving my 96 coupe civ and got stuck in about a foot of water... car wont start, do you think it hydrolocked? if or if not what do you guys think i should do....

I thought if it was hydro locked it wouldent even turn over??? .. try checking the plugs make sure your distibutor didnt get wet.

i actually had water in my spark plug chambers. so 2 or 3 of my cylinders were not firing right because the spark was grounging right to the block and not to the tip of the plug.

however if you have a low intake filter and or you motor wont turn over its probly locked.

no, its a stock intake, and im not sure if it will turn over bc im too scared to try, i think it will though.... when i opend the intake box the filter was decently wet..
