Hydrolock
I was driving my car yesterday in the rain and I completely forgot that I had my cold air intake on still. I was about 10 min. away from my house when all of a sudden my car just died on me. At first I was just thinking that I had stalled, but then I remember that I had my cold air intake on. Now my car won't start. A couple of my friends were telling me that I had hydrolock. I was just wondering how I can fix this problem. I have a 97 Prelude. I won't ever do **** like this again.
Unless you completely submerged the filter it's unlikely that you hydrolocked the engine. To check take all of the spark plugs out and look to see if there is any water in the cylinders. With all of the spark plugs removed you may be able to turn the crank by hand to see if any water comes up through the spark plug hole into the head. Do not try turning the crank with the spark plugs in. Also another good way to tell is to drain the oil and see if any water is mixed in with the oil.
If you have not cranked the engine over (if it is indeed hydrolocked) then you may be OK. If it does have water in it then get a small siphon pump and drain the water out of the cylinders and let them dry for a day or so. Then change the oil and see if it starts. I'm betting it's not hydrolock though.

If your motor is turning over, It didn't hydrolock.. Mine hydrolocked when I dipped the right side in a 1and a half ditch full of water in a serious rainstorm.. Didn't have the RPMs up so it just stalled and I didn't break anything...
