Default Thinking about switching frome d16z6-t to b16-t???

My crx currently has a d16z6 fully converted to obd1 with 550cc injectors+255lph fuel pump+fullrace traction bar+pwr 1/2 size radiator+chipped p28 w/ crome pro. I have a 50trim t3/t04 on it at ~9psi now and am running the SLS mini-log manifold with 2.5" downpipe, dump-tube tial wastegate and stealthmode oil lines. My questions are...
What all do I swap in a b16 and get it running turbo? so far my list is...

obd1 b16a longblock
cable b16 transmission
swap specific (mounts, shift linkage, axles) is innovative good?

things Iam unsure about are...
alternator?
starter?
distributor?
I can still use my throttle/clutch cables right?
My rywire obd1 vtec harness should be fine, right?
turbo manifold (can I just get the SLS b-series mini log and use my turbo+downpipe?

thanks
