Ok, my sister has a 00 Si and all of a sudden her airbag light came on the other day. Then she told me her horn stopped working so I got her to try her cruise control and that dont work neither. I took the airbag off today and the wiring looks good in the steering wheel side and I looked under the dash and on the backside of teh "tic toc" and all the wiring is plugged in. So I figure it has to be the "tic toc" or some other wiring or fuse issue (which she lost her fuse panel to tell whats what). Please help Thanks in advance
