Default help, "plok" sound when making high rpm shifts

i keep hearing this "plok" when i make shifts in vtec or higher rpm. the sound happens when i release the clutch pedal after making a shift. could it be the lsd making the sound?? i never hear the sound in normal sedate driving, any feedback would be helpfull

Humm, it make the sound only when release the clutch--->that means is not the pressure plate...Could it be the throwout bearing?

would a bad release bearing make that sound? i hear the noise only when i release the clutch quickly. the sound is not present if i delay the clutch release a bit
