Question on adjusting rear brakes!! 1st time doing drums.

Ok so I took them out and put them in but they are not working. I'm assuming its the Adjuster that was in there. i have no idea how to use it. What am I suppose to do exactly to adjust the rear brakes so they work? Is there a certain spec?

What I found is that the self adjusters don't always work. I had to adjust them manually. Just adjust them till they rub a little then back them off a couple of clicks. Just like you are doing them on a 60/70ish car and you will be fine.
