LCA bushings
So i was jacking up my car today, to try and figure out a problem i have been haivng with my shift linkage (wich i posted for help with her, but to no avail
), when i noticed my rf lower control arm has a bushing (the one closest to the front bumper), that is insanley worn. i wiggled my tire side to side to check for a bad tie rod end, and noticed it was moving at least 1/4-1/2 inch. thats when i noticed it. anyways, my question is how do i get the bushing out? do i need a press? or will i have to take the control arm off and bring it into someone? anyhelp, or links would be apreciated. thankyou

I had to use a press to put new bushings in there, although I took the old bushing shell out by drilling out the rubber part and cutting the old shell out with a Dremel.
I went to a local shop and they let me use their 20-ton press and a selection of sockets to press the bushing sleeves. Harbor Freight sells one for $149, some day I'll buy one for myself.
