what the hell.... they are THE SAME

Someone said they found a thread where there were different p/n for them and that they upgraded from the 2dr to 4dr bushings cause they were stiffer... Guess not, eh?

Yeah, I was the one thinking that 4dr OE shifter bushing was stiffer than 2dr OE shifter bushing. I don't know about ES shifter bushings... can anyone verify the stiffness of OE bushings??

.....yeah ES only has one p/n for shifter bushings on dc2.

I would be interested in hearing about the OE bushings tho..... anyone?

oem bushing.

noob question: what are shifter bushings? Bushings in the gear box? What's the point of it, and why is more stiff better?

bushings that hold the shift linkage in place.
keeps it from having excessive play front to back and side-side.
