Default What kind of Tires?

I have 16x7 Enkei RF1's, and I am wondering what kind of tires I should go with, i.e. brand, profile, etc.

My car already has a respectable suspension i.e. Tokico N/A, Progress Springs,Camber Kit, and 22mm sway bar.

My neighbor works for TOYO tires. . . what do you guys think about the new Proxy T1-S's? If so. . .should I go 205-45-16 or 205-40-16?
