gsr delsol clutch problems!!!

Default gsr delsol clutch problems!!!

just installed new clutch kinda makes whistling noise but stops when you.put a little pressure on the clutch pedal. Also its hard to get into gear! please help!

did you only changed the clutch?

no i changed the clutch and the flywheel.

might be the bearing that sits in the flywheel. when you're going to do a job like this you always want to change the clutch, resurface the flywheel (if needed), replace the pilot bearing. and if anyone knows what else i'm missing please post up.

i bought a clutch kit thatcame with new pilot bearing, throwout bearing and alignment tool and it was a new flywheel. could it be that the pressure plate is to tight? thanks for your help!

what did you torque the bolts at? you do have a torque wrench, right?

actually no i know i should have used one but it was broken i used air tools would that be the cause of the problem?

i think it might be that the pressure plate is on to tight or from wat ive read i think it could be the throwout bearing? any one ever had this happen before?
