That's normally what it means when it says "Close out sale".

That's a great price!

One thing to keep in mind is that tires have an industry shelf life. Don't know if it really applies to street tires as much as too race compound tires.

If the shelf life of the tire has passed, then most of the time they are offered at a reduced price.

The age of the tire can be found via the DOT codes or date of manufacturing imprinted on the tires.

It's worth inquiring wether these tires are old inventory.

 

Heres what they said on the site...

So hopefully thats not the case
