i have a 1 gen b16 in a 91 integra with a pr3 comp. when i start out and rev to 2grand it will sputter utill i get to like 3grand then it runs fine its is just low RPm's even in second or third in low rpms and i give it gas it will sputter until it gets moving please help

When did you last adjust your valves? Perform a compression test.

 

i did a compression test befor i droped the motor in the car about two weeks ago compression was fine. timing is good spark is good hi RMS's are good just low rps's

 

im having the same problem with my ls swap into eg so please someone help!

 

i would recheck the timing/compression

 

CHECK THE TIMING, ALSO SEE HOW YOUR ROTOR CAP IS LOOKIN LIKE AND PLUG'S
