It's a completely stock engine with forged rods and vitara pistons? lol...

Umm a gt28rs gets my vote for a 300whp daily driver.

I really like my GT28RS .82ar, top-end is decent and I get 15 psi by 3500rpm for a smooth power delivery and no the car doesnt spin at 3500rpm... even if I am at 15 psi its really smooth until 4000-4500.

If you dont want to go over 330whp-350whp go with the RS !

gt30r would be more like 500+ lol... Too big for a simple vitara and eagle rod daily driver setup. It's obviously not going to be a drag car beast making insane power.

Yeah, but a standard GT28R isn't going to make 300 without stress either. I suppose he could go with a GT2871RS though, but I think we all know that boost is fuggin addictive as anything and he will be using more of that "+" behind the 300.

Personally I'd just save the money and go with a T3T04e 50trim with a .48 A/R. Swap to a .63A/R when he gets bored.

That's why I said gt28rs. As I said before it looks like a pretty basic setup, so it should have no problem putting down enough power for him, a little headwork would make good improvements also.

that choice depends on many variables...your power level, your budget and your use of the car (drag, autoX or street)

Personally i would get a GT3076R and have fun

BY THE WAY: Just a little reminder to people....stock means stock! This is a built engine, not stock. Thank you.

If you got the $$$...go for the GT28RS w/ .82 A/R Housing for quick spool and good top end.

If you're on a budget...go for the 50trim...maybe with a .63 A/R housing.
