hey, i'm looking for like any suggestions on easy engine mods. i love my accord, its just so slow lol you know. i'm gonna order an intake soon.. any suggestions on brand? i'm thinking about looking for a chip too, not sure about it? anything that's reasonably cheap and will give me a big increase.. ooo and im lookin for a new exhaust as well, anyone know of anythign that's got a nice deep sound to it?

Cheap and performance do not go together. I would just stay stock. Is it at least a 5 speed? Also, a chip wont do anything but make you run rich.

 

Nothing will give you a big gain and be cheap. Nitrous is probably the cheapest route to gain power... but its still not that cheap. Engine swap and turbo are other options, but that nasty green stuff we all love comes into play again. A tip, check out the Accord FAQ up top, and find the Guide to Basic Accords.

 

I did intake and exhaust and if it made a differnce it isn't very noticable atleast not for me. It may have helped some but I don't think it helped enough to warrent the cost although it does look and sound better. I've done a few other things to my car and it still is slow.

well hey intake exhoust is a start right.
then mayb adjustable cam pulleys.
and a good *** ground system.
change your oil to cynthetic.
you know anything little can make a difference.
even if each thing u do does somehting little.
u had them all together to actually gain something.
