90 accord, died, replaced coil and igniter and still dead
Was on the freeway and it just died, I thought it was just the coil or the igniter but no dice, it cranks normal, maybe a little slower but not faster so I'm pretty sure it's not the timing belt, theres power to the distributor (black w/yellow stripe). anybody have any ideas?
check for fuel pressure at the rail, if you are sure you have spark at the plugs
Just how much "pretty sure" are you the T-belt is good?

It takes about 5 min to pull your valve cover and pull on that timing belt to see if it's loose. It definately wouldn't hurt to check. It may be a fluke of a t-belt.Good luck.
I'll check the belt tonight, if anybody else has anymore thoughts on this.... let me know.
Thanks

i wouldn't suspect the timing belt to be loose. just pull your dist. cap and check to see if the rotor turns while cranking.
just follow the basic diagnostic procedures for crank/no start. check if you have spark, fuel and injector signal. after confirming you have spark, fuel and injector signal, i would check the main relay.
