Flywheel pin broken, what to do?
optimally either get a new flywheel or see if you can have a new pin pressed in....
but that pin really isnt necessary, all it does is line things up for installation, just make sure to look first and make sure that the broken pin still aligns with the hole in the end of the crank...
also make sure its not jagged and sticking out anywhere it shouldn't due to the break....

just put it on in the same position you normally would so that the timing marks on the flywheel are in the right spot.
i actually had the same prob about a month ago and was able to drill the pin out and replace it with a new one.
