Default I need advice

Ive got a 99 civic si with a d16 Y8. Im wondering if a gsr (b18c1) swap would be fast and if not what is a good swap that would make my car fast.

It would help if you included pertinent information such as goals and budget.

He's from Canada, where the "Si" was an EJ8, not an EM1.

You can't use the Prelude suspension on a Civic at all. It won't work.
