I have a 93 civic cx with a d15b in it.. i recently changed the clutch and flywheel thinking that it would stop my rpm from flying everywhere and bogging felt like the clutch was sliping

once i replaced the clutch it still did the same thing so idk whats going on helP? rpm flys everywhere on the gauge and feels like the clutch slips or idk has someone had this type of problem sorry i cant explain it any better

 

have you tried replacing just the speed sensor. i had a problem with the tach jumping around in my hatch changed that with one laying around the house and it fixed it.
