Default help

i have a 92 civic and sometimes it jumps rpms while i am driving if anyone as any idea what it could b please help me out.

Sounds like the clutch is going.

Maybe you could be more specific as to how it's acting.

In the meanwhile if the RPM is jumping up when getting on it hard the clutch is slipping - but you'll also feel it...

Can you feel it? Or is it only in the tach?

Yeah, the clutch is going if the rpms are jumping.... Your clutch is probably shot.

happend to my friend, and he replaced his clutch, and that seemed to be the problem.

my car is still an auto so that rules out the clutch, and i cant always feel the jump somtimes its just in the tach and sence this prob it sucks gas
