1996 Honda Accord Vibration Please Help
This is my first posting, so please bare with me. I have a 1996 honda Accord and was wondering if anyone else has had this same problem and if so how did they fix it?
At 1800-1900 rpm my accord has a irritating vibration. If I go up to 2500 rpm and coast down the vibration will appear at 1900-1800 and immediately disappear. I was wondering if the balancer belt would create this problem? If anybody has any anwswer or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
thanxs a bunch.

there is a service bulletin about Exhaust buzz at those RPM, the joint right under/behind the oil pan. The fix is tighter springs and different bolts.
You might get someone you don't like too much to lay beside the car while you rev the engine thru that RPM range.

Hondadue, thanks for giving feedback. I also thought it was the exhaust. Do you know where I can get the service bulletin for that problem. Also would dealership have the updated parts if I order them.
Check TSR 94-041... they have a "buzz kit" to supposedly fix that problem. You might also want to see if the dealer would be willing to fix it out of good will, if your car VIN is within the range of the TSR.
