I was wondering how to reset the CEL or at least find out the code its throwing on a 05 type s. I installed the Comptech intake on it about a month ago and only today did I notice the maiten. req light stay on.

 

Is it a Maintenance required light or a Check engine light (DTC)?

If it is just a maintenance light, Click here.

If it is a check engine light, then you probably left the intake temp sensor or something unplugged. All you have to do is replug it, and let the engine go through a few operation cycles (warm up, total cool off > warm up, total cool off.) and it should reset itself

If it does not go off, then you need to find out what DTC it is throwing, and troubleshoot accordingly.
