what kind of motor mounts should be used in order to fit a GSR motor into a 90 crx si? the stock hood is going to be used, we need something that'll clear the hood. any info would be appreciated.

 

Only a bolt-in kit will work.

FYI... HASport mounts places the motor slightly higher (about an inch) than the HCP mount kit. Therefore, you're going to run into clearance issues with your hood. With the HCP mount kit, it barely hit or rubbed the stock hood on 2 CRXs with B18C motors. One guy cut the underside of his stock hood in a few places and that solved that problem.

Get whatever mounts you want to, but I'm just saying some facts that I know and have seen from first hand experience.

 

HCP has better customer service also, having dealt with both companies (and Im using the ef-18x kit with 0 problems and alot of track time under my belt)
