Cylinder question KEYS!!!
You want to take the whole ignition off the colum or just pull the cyl out? If you want to pull the cyl out you need to have the key. Turn key to the on position then there is a lil pin that needs to be pushed in on the bottom. once that is pushed in you can pull the ignition cyl out

So why exactly are you needing to get the cyl out? If you have the title to the car you can go to the honda dealership and they can make you a key with the vin number for $5-10

Damn Ricers... I have a few complete assembleys that I pulled from the junkyard around here without keys. So I was just going to try to rekey one of them myself basicly, to match my doors... So I dont think honda can help me

Not sure how much a locksmith would charge but it would probally be pricey. try searching ebay for some ignitions that come with a key. and when you go to install it buy new bolts from honda for it. your torque them down and the heads break off

There is a whole ignition assemably with key for around 70 after shipping. a lock smith is probally gonna charge way more then that. and after he charges you the key he makes is still gonna be differnt from the key that opens your doors since the interals of the ignition cyl are differnt from the doors
