Attn: 500+ WHP Integra's - need some help
Getting ready to tune this badboy and uh...well, I need to figure out what kind of tires are going to stick on the dyno and not spin. I was looking into the BFG Drag Radials, but I have a feeling those won't hold up past 500 WHP and don't want to waste tuning time.
Talk to me guys!

i tuned mine with 225/50/15 bfg drag radials(517hp) mine was on a dyno jet dyno and the roller has a grip like pattern machined into the roller so its not a smooth roller.we also had a accord wagon make 621hp on the same tires no spinning either.
i haven't seen a a car spin its tires on the dyno yet actually, 2 weeks ago we were honored by having this bad boy grace our presence, it made 799hp without the nitrous on et streets and didn't spin the wheels on the dyno.
good luck with your tune

My Last dyno would spin the tires untill they got warm. I used 225/50/15 BFGs.
I would do a half run in 3rd and let them spin a little , then do a full run in 4th with no slipping.

I agree, but mine was fun none the less. I used good ol' BFG RE01's and didn't have a problem. Your going to be pulling in 4th gear more than likely. Low RPM doesn't matter so roll the throttle. Regardless, street tune it as much as you can before you throw it on a dyno. Street tuning gives you real loads and real drivability concerns. It's hard to replicate that with a dyno.

Keith, may I highly suggest you speak/contact John over at LHT performance. I think he may just be able to answer all of your questions. His boosted car is well over ther 500 WHP mark. Username on here (and he's already even responded is CRVRX) John I'm sure can take care of you with setup and tuning.
