you have to wire it OBD1 and the y-8 head gasket will work, its a nice set up, i got a D15 Block and a Z6 Head in My 91 Crx and i like it a lot.

you can. im not really sure what you're going for though..is this just a replacement or are you trying to get performance? if its just a replacment then use the stock obd0 d15 dizzy, intake manifold,header,etc..but if you're doing it for performance you gotta convert to mpfi, get a 88-91 si or hf dizzy, chippable obd0 ecu and chip with turboedit 1-wire vtec read this.. http://xenocron.com/te.php?page=TEvtec

remove the oil jet from the block so vtec can work.

use a z6/y8 timing belt,y8 metal headgasket,z6 plug wires..You're not really giving us any info to help you out though..

Its easy to remove the oil jet from the block. you can put a small screw into it and yank it out

yeah your d15 dizzy will work but you will gain nothing srom this swap unless mpfi is involved. sorry if you already have mpfi i dident read the whole thred but obd-1 is the best way to go and the most non-ghetto thing you oculd do to your car.

you are wasting your time trying to use the dizzy it will never work exactly right unless you just do a y8 head swap for simplicity i would get a y8 head
