my headgasket is leaking

I talked to the parts department at my local dealer and he was saying they hardly ever stock the head bolts and most people just re-use them.

I trust the guy somewhat since I talk to him often when getting parts but he isnt a tech so I am not so sure.

Always replace the head bolts.

 

thats kinda what I thought but all the dealers only have them on special order and I need these today

b20 bolts:
90005-PR4-A01 BOLT-WASHER (11X158) 8 pcs.
90006-PR4-A01 BOLT-WASHER (11X188) 2 pcs.

2001 GSR: 90006-P72-003 BOLT-WASHER (11X164) 10
1994 GSR: 90006-P72-003 BOLT-WASHER (11X164) 10

I might try and get some of those and see if they work.

 

I am just going to reuse them and swap them out next week once the parts come in.

i dont drive the car that hard anyway so hopefully the ******* last.
