Default car wont start after I drive the car

When the car is warm and its warm out the car doesnt want to start. If I turn the heat on before I turn off the car, it will start but it will be really rough.

I replaced the main fuel relay with a new OEM unit from the dealer and it didnt solve my issue.

It starts fine in the morning of when it has been resting. If I was just driving it and get some gas or turn the car off. It either doesnt want to start or if it does start it is rea

After driving and I shut it off, it either:
-doesnt start
-starts but then runs rough until I put a load on it and drive it around then it runs normal again.

Last week I changed out to new spark plugs and new plug wires (oem)

Plus the car seems to lose water/coolant over time. it is usually only after i have been driving it for 1+ hours that it will somehow lose coolant.

Any ideas?!

dizzy or ignitor in the dizzy is busted?

Im moving to socal this sunday and

you are describing a blown head gasket. sounds like it anyway. after you turn off the engine the water is running into the engine and making it hard to start.

are there different degrees of a blown HG?

there isnt any white smoke coming out of the exhaust at all.

im going to have the shop do a pressure test tomorrow and hopefully that reveals whatever the deal is

milky coolant is a sign of a blown headgasket. the coolant leak into the oil might not that much but it can only get worse.

There are many many different degrees of blown headgasket. Headgaskets seal many different things: oil, coolant, and cylinders, ANY one of those things can get mixed or not mixed rarely is there a gaurenteed sign like "water in the oil". Water in the oil on some cars can be the intake gaskets so you have to run certain tests to find out. Your car is loosing water but not leaking it and it is a small amount, it takes a big leak to make it smoke. It hard to start after driving. That can indicate water in the cylinders. Take the plugs out pressurize the cooling system and see if water comes into cylinder or pressurize the cylinder and see if air gets into the cooling system.

wow, thanks for the good post.

So the local shop said its highly likely its the HG.

The next question is if the head is warped since that turns into a bigger project.
