Default swap question

i have now a d15 vtec, i used to have the d15b7..i have a 89 converted to obd1. the plugs on the distributor are round on my motor but square on the vtec motor. i want to use the distributor on the new motor...can i just wire up the connectors if so does anyone have a diagram or info..one more question can i just unplug the map sensor from the firewall and put it in the throttle body map..or just run vacumn lines to the map and leave the other map unplugged..? please help me

OBD0 to OBD1 Distributor Wiring

OBD0 (Harness Side)-----OBD1 OEM Dist.(Distributor Side)

Blue w/Green Stripe-------Orange*
Blue w/Yellow Stripe-------White*
Orange w/Blue Stripe------Orange w/Blue Stripe
White w/Blue Stripe--------White w/Blue Stripe
Orange----------------------Blue w/Green Stripe
Thin White ------------------Blue w/Yellow Stripe
Thick White**---------------Yellow w/Green Stripe

*Note 1: On some aftermarket OBD1 distributors, the Orange and the White wire are swapped.
**Note 2: If you confuse the two OBD0 white wires, the car will not start and could cause ignitor failure!
