Default How can I make brake lights brighter?

I have an 03 Accord sedan. My wife was already rear-ended once. The brake lights are hard to see during the day because of the sun reflecting off the lenses. How can I solve this problem. Make them brighter with higher wattage bulbs maybe. But will higher wattage bulbs damage my tail lights?

The rear spoiler is blocking the view of the high mount. The lights in the spoiler are supposed to be hid aren't they? Still not bright enough though. Any other suggestions?

By the way MooGoo, do you see a lot of V6 transmission problems on the 03s? I've been changing out 3 quarts of fluid every 15,000 miles, as an extra precaution. Will it do me any good?

Ok so the wing lights are LED lights. There isn't a lot you can do to make them brighter unfortunately. You could try LED bulbs but the light pattern is really poor in those right now.
That really is a lot of light as is but any lights are going to be overpowered by the sun.
Sorry i'm out of suggestions.

I have seen one transmission take a dump in one of those. And that was because it was in a car crusher of an accident. You can ease up to 30K miles if you want (i change my tranny fluid with my oil changes)
Your signature has it right
