D series distributor on B series head?

Will a D16Z6 odb1 vtec distributor work with a b series (ITR) head?

Why do U want to use it? The original isn't good ? I think the B16 has the same sensors in the D16 distributor. (because the ECU is compatible)

Because I have an ITR head without a dist, and I have D16Z6 dist laying around doing nothing.
