Default Timing belt question

I figured I would post this in here b/c I am always in this forum if it needs to be moved then so be it. Well this year could not have been any worse for me with motors, tonight on my way home my timing belt decides it is time to snap. The timing belt is only about 10-12K miles old new from honda. I did not have a chance to see if it rubbed on anything yet b/c it was pitch black outside and I had no light. I was driving down the highway at about 80 in 5th gear not beating on the car or anything and boom car shuts off.

What are the chances that motor is still good? Just humor me at this point in time b/c I am so dam pissed off.

So now I have no motor for the race car and can't race the daily driver.

bent valves at most, usually the failures when just driving turn out OK.

I remember i was driving in a nice G2 teg and it started popping and then shut off.
I thought it was the coil so I get another one and still no spark and just when I was getting pissed off, I walk to the other side of the motor, the T belt side and notice the cam gears not spinning when he was cranking the motor.

He only bent the intake valves I think and it was becuase we were cranking it to check spark.

Oh the shirt was off as I was walking up the turnpike trying to find the dam mile marker number. Then beat my car with it when I got back.
