Default Very Odd VAFC Problem with H22 swap

Ok here is the problem im having. The car is a 92 EG with a JDM H22. Put in aftermarker cams and a new timing belt water pump etc.. I also went ahead and hooked up a vafc2. Car ran good for a couple days then one day i ran into this problem. When the car is at a stand still and u rev the motor up slowly the VTEC will engage at the set point and the car starts sputtering very bad. I know for a fact that VTEC should not engage when the car is not under load especially while standing still. First i originally thought it was a bad vtec solenoid but its ok, then i checked out 3 other VAFCS and still the same problem... but now when i unhook the VAFC the car runs fine and im currently running a P28 ECU. Should i be running a different ECU for this motor? Or are my settings in the VAFC wrong? Ive been trying to find out the cause of this problem for about 5 days now. I have checked just about everything. Checked OIL PRESSURE when vtec engages and it goes to about 80psi.
Checked fuel pressure and its set at 40psi. New plugs and wires. Checked timing i just about did everything. If anyone has ever had this problem or if anyone has any ideas please let me know thanks alot.
