Default Has anyone ordered from Tiger Japanese Engines?

Just wondering if anyone on here has order an engine or anything from Tiger Japanese Engine in Toronto, ON, Canada? I am currently looking at buying some engines from this place but want to make sure that they do not have a bad reputation or anything. Any information on getting engines back into the U.S. from Canada or information on the company would be great. I live about 260 miles from the company and am willing to drive to pick up the engines instead of paying 450 bucks per engine for shipping. Thanks for any information.

They suck. I ordered a b20b, lsd tranny, axles and a distributor.

I told them literally 8 times "I NEED AN OBD2B MOTOR! 99-00!!!"

They assured me it was that motor. I get it, ******* 97 low compression b20b. I called them back they said to ship the motor back and they'll ship me the right one. I told them that they need to send someone to pick it up because i'm not paying for it. I talked to pretty much everyone there to MAKE SURE i was getting the p8r b20 engine. They finally said "we dont even have that motor" so I screamed back "the why the hell do you want me to ship this motor back if you dont even have the one I ORIGINALLY ORDERED!!?!?!?!?!?!?!" In the end they refunded me 100 dollars after I tore some new *** holes.

Now that I have everything in, the motor isnt the greatest, and they sent me a bad axle. Not to mention I had to buy a obd2b distributor to match the harness I had. Those *******.

So expletive them.

If you are going to pick it up, then why even bother asking. You can go inspect and WATCH them do any tests that they claim to do....if not order from a place that has an impeccable rep

update: Just got my car running, and the transmission is bad. 1200 dollar ******* transmission and the differential is bad. I called them up and they said I need to take it to a certified honda dealership, and get a written statement saying that the transmission is bad, and not because of user installation. You bet your *** i've already made an appointment at Honda to get this thing looked at. These guys are *****. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
