Evac canister? Little black bottle under the battery.

What does it do? I broke off both hoses that go to it. Not throwing codes either. Help!!!!!!!!!!!

it's EVAP canister box...it controls the fuel vapor in your system,...
unless your car is an OBD I, it won;t throw a code...
it will on OBD II, code 90 and 92

Holly crap....so my car is OBDII. Not throwing codes but is my gas tank gonna blow?
