possible to have back fires with n/a?

Is it possible to get back fires like turbo cars with N/A cars without the car running rich etc? Thanks..i know i am gonna get flamed for this so FLAME SUIT ON!!! lol...

Yes, it's possible. Extreme EGTs and excessively large tubing will give pops and sputters much like turbo cars. If you're meaning the massive flame-throwing lift-throttle backfires, then I've yet to see one.

EGTs....whats that? I was just wondering this cause in gran turismo 4, many n/a cars have back fire (shifting down i think)...and thanks
