Will 17" Rims hit my Fenders?
I posted this a while ago, and most people said they wouldn't. My front fenders are fiberglass, so I was worried about them getting hit on a turn if I hit a big bump. But now people are tellin me that they'll definitely rub in the back since the wheel well on the EF is smaller than the EG or EK. My hatchback isn't lowered, and my suspension is stock. If I have three 150lb people in the back seat, is it going to rub on a lot of the bumps? And what do I have to do to "roll the fenders from the inside" to make more room, is that hard to do? Thanks...
It all depends on offset and width. I have 17x7.5 SubZeros (45mm offset) and 205/40 Kumho 712s with my Skunkworks coilovers turned all the way down. The front rubs when I have the steering wheel about 1/2 turn from full lock and there is load on the front suspension.
I have about .25-.5 of a degree of camber in the rear and it barely rubs on the fender lip during hard cornering. With about .5-1 more degree of camber it would be fine.
Good luck!

if your civic is 88-91 they won't rub in the back or the front if it isn't lowered....and depending on how much you lower it they still won't rub until you get to extreme tucked witha camber kit...i know this from experience...my 87 crx rubbed with 16" rims tho...get the right offset and you shoudl be good to go.
I don't know the width because the person I'm gettin em from already has them boxed up, but they're 17" Enkei Zokus with 205/40/17 Toyo tires. Can you tell the width from those tire specs? The offset is 40. Here's a pic... And can anyone tell me about rolling the fenders?

There is a write up on rolling fenders here: http://www.quickhonda.net/
Go to the garage section and you will see it.

Thanks... Wheelweights.net says that a 17x7 Enkei Zoku is 19.8 lbs. How good is that for a wheel that size? And does anyone know how much the stock 13" wheels on a 91 STD hatchback weighed? Just wondering how much these are gonna slow me down.
