umm if you remove the amber shield blocking the bulb...does it make ur bulb look brighter during the day?

No it doesnt make it brighter during the day. Its translucent which means light passes through it relatively easily. There is no poin in it because in order to take it out, you have to take apart the headlight. Just go buy some SIR or CTR headlights and you wont have that sheild.

 

buy some ctr headlights.i took out my ambers and got foggy.i glued it up good too!

 

also the oem bulb is clear, so if you removed it you'd have a white turn signal
