I don't think so.Turbo engine needs a good supply power, but hybrid car type just have enough power to supply electric motor

im going to turbo mine wiht a small turbo, it will increase the efficiency of the motor if you drive it normally. The turbo will actually increase your fuel efficiency if you do not overwork it.

cant see how different it would be than to turbocharge any other new car...
