timing with 11.6:1

i have 11.6:1 ratio and upgraded valvetrain and stock 97 itr cams....what would the reccommended spark, intake and exhaust cam timing be? thanks

whatever your tuner sets them to on the dyno

optimum timing depends on the setup and also can be perfected via dyno.
