da bogs around 4k

my gsr DA studders or kinda bogs/ looses power from4k-5k then its seems good again. and its fine when its in v-tec. do i need to adjust my tps? it has a pretty new O2 sensor.

no check engine light. i'll check the throttle cable. should i try replacing the distributor? could it be my injectors?
