RSX wont start... please help.
Ill try to keep this short. Background: 2003 RSX Type S, HKS turbo kit, Hondata KPRO...
Been running problem free for more than a year; made 300 whp @ psi... never had any problems.
Go to start my car today and its acting like I am not depressing the clutch. Its not even trying to turn over... Car has been starting perfectly and running fine in the previous days... nothing like this. It is not the battery, I am 100% sure of that.
Is there a sensor that tells the ignition that the clutch is enganged? I feel like this is the only possible explanation...
Anyone have an ideas, please let me know.

yes you have a clutch switch (hense why the car doesn't start unless the clutch is depressed). for a temp fix you can go into your footwell and look behind the clutch. all you have to do is connect those two wires together on the clutch switch and your car should start. if it doesnt, your second in the line of action is to check all of your fuses. under hood and inside the car. (battery, starter, ign, etc) if that doesnt work. take it to a shop and have them diagnose the problem.
I am not an idiot. My battery was not dead... it was fully powered it was not even trying to crank. This is not a fuel delivery problem... the starter isnt even attempting to turnover.
To make this even more interesting... here is what happened. I was stuck about 30 min away from home; so after several hours of trying to figure out wtf was going on I had Acura Roadside come give me a free tow. Next morning Acura calls and tells me that the car is cranking but not starting.... now im really pissed. I go down there and boom it starts perfectly with no hesitation when I try and start it. I leave and go home; not about to get raped by the stealership to have them look at it... and not even until Monday.
So I really have no clue what happened and this problem repeated itself this morning; not even trying to crank... get really pissed for about 3 or 4 minutes; then boom it starts perferctly ,no problems, after I got out and locked/unlocked the doors. Took the risk of driving it to the golf course and it started perfectly again when I was done... no sign of this GHOST problem.
Please tell the gremlins to get the expletive out of my car... anyone have any clue... am I possible sniffing up the right tree with the clutch sensor theory???

If it was a battery connection issue why would everything else be fully powered when this is happening. Also if it were a fuse related issue... it wouldnt be starting and running with no troubles like it did today or have started at all until I replaced a fuse. No signs of this problem since the other morning; i am just not gonna park it away from home... i just set the TT to 10 min if I need to run in somewhere.
I appreciate your offer to help me out; I will let you know if it starts happening again.
