Default should i empty out my power steering fluid to get more control

have any of you guys empty out your power steering fluid,to get better control,with power steering ,the steering wheel seems so loose.if you guys done this before can you tell me the exact procedures to empty it out cleanly .thanks

This is a new one...

You can't do that. It will ruin your rack and pump, redering your entire steering wheel useless. Ie, no steering at all.

why not remove it entirely? if you run the reservoir on empty you risk damaging the power steering parts since they're trying to pump air instead of fluid.
