FIXED ! it was the alternator sensor fuse in the interior fuse box...i would have never imagined there would be a fuse for something like that...anyway it runs fine now. everything works great.
Sunday i put a gsr swap into my 1998 ek hatch. It was running fine until yesterday. When i went to leave work it seemed as if the battery was almost dead. When i got home i checked and my battery only had 7 volts. But before the swap it had 13. So i figured that the alternator had gone bad. So i changed the alternator tonight and it still doesnt charge. The speedometer did work and then Monday when i was leaving my friends garage for some reason the speedometer just didn't work. The starter i was also having problems with because the stud on the starter itself was a little loose. So i took the starter out and fixed that...i thought the battery might have been shorting out on the case of the starter or something but it seems that isn't the case either. I have all the sensors plugged in and everything. I have one Check Engine Light Code #20 ....something like electronic load sensor or something but a friend said not to worry about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i did that. all the terminals are tightened properly. STILL NEED HELP!
take it to honda and have them look at it. It might cost like $50 or so but atleast you will know your problem is. Looks like you are spending more money on guess's. Let us know what happens.
