Default Manual Tranny fluid change

I had my tranny fluid changed, a couple days ago now i notice that i have to use a little more force to put the car in first and second gear. Could my clutch be goin or they didnt put in enough tranny flui in gearbox?

I think syncromesh fluid thats what itsays on the receipt.

it is possible they didnt put enough oil. and it is possible if they use some other brand, hard to shift.

if its possible, i'd put OEM MTF.

Oil wont prevent you from going into gear.

It just maybe that with the new oil you notice your synchros going out more....

None of my gears grind its just that sometimes its harder to put in gear. Like at a stand still i have to put the car in 3rd or 4th gear to get it into 1st or second.

Who did it for you?
And are you sure this started only after the tranny fluid change?

To me it sounds like your clutch is bad. I had the same symptoms a year ago - i changed the tranny fluid and master cylinder that was leaking, but only after the whole clutch was replaced was it remedied.

Damn now i got to start saving for a clutch, might as well and go get a stage 2 clutch.

Well I dont know if they used Gm syncromesh, the paper just says Tranny fluid: syncromesh
